Nucurate Shipping Policy

To ensure a seamless shopping experience, please review our shipping policy below:

PACKAGING

We take great care in packaging your subscription box to ensure it reaches you in optimal condition. Our packaging is designed to preserve the freshness and flavor of the nutritional goodies inside the box.

SHIPPING LOCATION

We currently ship all boxes out from the states of New York & New Jersey.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $5.95

TRACKING INFORMATION

Your tracking number will be on the shipping confirmation via email. If you opted in for text alerts then you’ll also receive your tracking number sent as a text message to the number provided.

Additionally, you can find your tracking number by visiting ‘your account‘ page. From there you will go to the orders tab—find your specific order and click view. Once you click ‘view’, you will see your details for that specific order (this includes your tracking number, shipping addresses, and other useful information)

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing and fulfillment. 

DELIVERY TIME

Nucurate Drink & Snack Boxes ship out during the last three days of every week (Friday,  Saturday, & Sunday).

Nucurate Homme & Femme Boxes ship out during the last two weeks of every month.

North America Shipping

An estimated delivery time of 2-8 business days within the 48 contiguous states. As for subscribers that live in Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories the estimated delivery time is 4-16 business days.

International Shipping

For international subscribers, the estimated delivery time is 8-24 business days.
