This website is operated by Nucurate, Inc. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to nucurate. Nucurate offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from http://nucurate.com (the “Site”).

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.

WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. We note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site). Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

OUR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER INFORMATION

Nucurate is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:

  • Business Transfers: As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.
  • Related Companies: We may also share your Personal Data with our Related Companies for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy, Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties: Nucurate, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include mailing information, maintaining databases, shipping and fulfillment, and processing payments. When we employ another company to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function.

  • Exclusions: This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data collected by nucurate other than Personal Data collected through the Site or Services. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to nucurate through this Site or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Site, such as bulletin boards, forums or blogs (collectively, “Public Areas”), any reviews, posts, ideas or designs for new products or boxes or modifications to existing products or boxes, feedback, suggestions and unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and nucurate shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, distribute and exploit such Unsolicited Information without limitation or attribution.
  • Children: Nucurate does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Site. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data on this Site without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to nucurate through this Site, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
  • Links to Other Web Sites: This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site. This Site may contain links to other web sites not operated or controlled by nucurate (the “Third Party Sites”). The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the Third Party Sites. The links from this Site do not imply that nucurate endorses or has reviewed the Third Party Sites. We suggest contacting those sites directly for information on their privacy policies.
  • Security: Nucurate takes reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data provided via the Site from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet, email or other electronic transmission is ever fully secure or error free, so you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us in this way.
  • Other Terms and Conditions: Your access to and use of this Site is subject to the Terms of Service.
  • Changes to Nucurate’s Privacy Policy: The Site and our business may change from time to time. As a result, at times it may be necessary for nucurate to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Nucurate reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time without prior notice.
