Nucurate Intelligence Guidelines

Nucurate intelligence is designed to provide helpful and accurate information. To maintain a safe and positive environment, users must adhere to the following guidelines when interacting with the platform.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respectful Use: Engage respectfully and responsibly. Abuse of the system or attempts to bypass these guidelines will result in restricted access.
• Report Violations: If you encounter any prohibited content, please report it immediately to report@nucurate.com for review.

PROHIBITED CONTENT

Harmful or Dangerous Content

No promotion, encouragement, or instruction of self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or any form of physical or emotional harm.

Illegal Activities

Prohibited content includes instructions or discussions related to illegal activities, such as drug manufacturing, hacking, fraud, or any criminal behavior.

Hate Speech and Discrimination

Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics is not allowed.

Harassment and Abuse

No content that threatens, bullies, harasses, or targets individuals with malicious intent, including doxing or other privacy violations.

Misinformation and Deceptive Practices

Content that spreads false information, conspiracy theories, or deceptive practices intended to mislead others, especially in sensitive areas like health, finance, or legal matters, is prohibited.

Violence and Graphic Content

Prohibited content includes depictions of graphic violence, extreme gore, or promotion of violence, including terrorism or violent extremist behavior.

Malware and Phishing

No promotion or facilitation of malware, phishing, or any cyber attacks designed to harm or deceive others.

Explicit and Adult Content

Content involving explicit sexual material, pornography, or any form of sexually suggestive dialogue, including depictions of abuse or exploitation, is strictly forbidden.

Blacklisted Topics

Our LLM will not engage with requests or discussions related to blacklisted topics, including, but not limited to:

• Child exploitation
• Unauthorized sharing of copyrighted material
• Weapons manufacturing or modification
• Dark web content

CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATIONS

Violations of these guidelines will result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to Nucurate Intelligence. Repeated or severe violations will be reported to relevant authorities when required by law.

CHANGES

We may update these guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. We will notify affected parties of significant changes through our website or other appropriate means.
