Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for using Nucurate services safely and lawfully. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users, integrations, and connected systems.

1. Scope

This policy applies to your use of Nucurate websites, apps, APIs, data exports, support channels, and any related service components.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Nucurate to do, attempt, or assist with any of the following:

Violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right.
Access systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
Probe, scan, reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt service security controls.
Send malware, ransomware, phishing content, spam, or deceptive messages.
Upload fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or unlawful content.
Interfere with platform stability, performance, or availability for other users.

3. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe this policy has been violated, Nucurate may investigate and take action, including warning notices, temporary restrictions, suspension, content removal, account termination, or referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
