  • Not a guarantee of specific lab or health outcomes

Common questions

Tap a question to expand the answer.

Is Nucurate the same as talking to a doctor?

No. Nucurate supports education and habits. Always follow your clinician for diagnosis, medications, and emergencies.

Do I need wearable devices?

No. Wearables can add detail, but you can start with manual check-ins and the basics you already know about your day.

Is my data private?

We use modern encryption for data in transit and publish clear policies. Read Data & security and the EULA for the full picture.

Something looks wrong in my numbers—what now?

Check FAQ & support for sync and device tips first. If it still looks off, contact us with screenshots (avoid sharing passwords).

Can I use Nucurate for my whole family?

Accounts are meant for one adult user unless your plan says otherwise. For kids or dependents, ask your clinician how they want data tracked.
